Note:
1.Керуючись Постановою НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 №1329 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019 №2668 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПрАТ «НЕК «Укренерго» на 2020 рік», статтями 7, 22, 33 Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», пунктом 7 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції до 19.04.2020) та умовами Договору, Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1.Внести зміни до пункту 1 Додатку 2 до Договору «Комерційна пропозиція», виклавши його у наступній редакції:
«1. Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії, у тому числі диференційовані ціни (тарифи) з 01.03.2020 по 31.07.2020 (включно): 1,878492 грн. з ПДВ за 1 Квт/год, у тому числі тариф на послугу з передачі електричної енергії, встановлений постановою НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019 №2668, у розмірі 0,18648 грн/Квт*год з ПДВ та без урахування тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії.
Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії, у тому числі диференційовані ціни (тарифи) з 01.08.2020: 1,65024 грн/кВт*год без ПДВ, а разом з ПДВ – 1,980288 грн/кВт*год, у тому числі тариф на послугу з передачі електричної енергії, встановлений постановою НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 №1329, у розмірі 0,24023 грн/кВт*год без ПДВ, а разом з ПДВ – 0,288276 грн/кВт*год та без урахування тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії.».
1.2.Внести зміни до абзацу 1 пункту 2 Додатку 2 до Договору «Комерційна пропозиція», виклавши його у наступній редакції:
«2. Обсяг споживання електричної енергії з 01.03.2020 по 31.07.2020 (включно) – 651 158 кВт*год по ціні 1,878492 грн/кВт*год з ПДВ;
Обсяг споживання електричної енергії з 01.08.2020: 2 524 593,685 кВт*год по ціні 1,980288 грн/кВт*год з ПДВ».
