На адресу Центру соціально-психологічної реабілітації дітей №1 Служби у справах дітей та сім’ї виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) надійшов лист № 2896 від 23.04.2021року від ПРИВАТНОГО АКЦІОНЕРНОГО ТОВАРИСТВА «ОБУХІВСЬКОГО МОЛОЧНОГО ЗАВОДА» в якому повідомлялось, що у зв’язку з коливанням ціни за одиницю товару на ринку необхідно збільшити вартість не більше 10% на підставі п.п. 2, п. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ “Про публічні закупівлі” враховуючи повідомлення Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 03 від 20.01.2021року, а саме змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі
