У п.3.1 Договору загальну ціну продукції зменшити до 30 322 584,69 грн (тридцять мільйонів триста двадцять дві тисячі п'ятсот вісімдесят чотири гривні 69 копійок) без ПДВ. У підпункті 3.1.2 пункту 3.1 Договору: еквівалент загальної ціни продукції зменшити до 772 985,16 Євро (сімсот сімдесят дві тисячі дев'ятсот вісімдесят п'ять Євро 16 Євроцентів) без ПДВ за курсом купівлі умовних одиниць на міжбанківському валютному ринку України. Пункт 4.1. Договору викласти у новій редакції. Пункт 2 Специфікації до Договору (Додаток №1 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції. Пункт 3 Специфікації до Договору (Додаток №1 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції. Сторони досягли згоди, що перегляд ціни за одиницю продукції, пов'язаний із послабленням курсу гривні до курсу умовних одиниць, здійснюється одноразово та у подальшому до дати закінчення строку дії Договору, визначеної у пункті 10.1 Договору, положення пунктів 3.1.1 та 3.1.2 (у т.ч. підпункту 3.1.2.1.) Договору у частині ініціювання з боку ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА зміни ціни за одиницю продукції в сторону збільшення не застосовуються.
