Reduction of procurement volumes, including taking into account the actual volume of customer's expenses
Note:
Сторони, керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», прийшли до згоди щодо зменшення обсягу закупівлі , і вирішили внести зміни до Договору:
1.1.Зменшити обсяг замовленої потужності на 16 900 куб.м. , внести зміни в п.2.1.1. укладеного Договору та викласти його в новій редакці\.1.2.Зменшити суму вартості Договору на 40 357,20 грн. ( Сорок тисяч триста п’ятдесят сім грн. 20 коп.) , внести зміни в п. 6.2.1. укладеного договору та викласти його в наступній редакції :
«6.2.1. Тариф на послуги розподілу природного газу, визначений Постановою НКРЕКП № 2771 від 22.12.2021, становить 1,99 грн. за 1 куб.м на місяць (без урахування ПДВ), крім того ПДВ (20%) – 0,398 грн., разом 2,388 грн. за 1 куб.м на місяць.
Загальна сума вартості Договору на 2022 рік складає 67 102,80 грн. ( Шістдесят сім тисяч сто дві грн. 80 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ – 11 183,80 грн.»
