Note:
1. Збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – ДК 021:2015- 15830000-5 - Цукор і супутня продукція (Цукор) на 9,9% у зв’язку з коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку,та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.
2. Внести зміни до Додатку № 1 Специфікація до договору, виклавши Додаток № 1 до Договору в новій редакції, що додається до Угоди
3. Зменшити загальну суму Договору на 0,18 коп. , в зв’язку з чим внести зміни до пункту 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: « 3.1 Сума цього Договору становить: 121979,82 грн. (Сто двадцять одна тисяча дев’ятсот сімдесят дев’ять грн. 82 коп.) без ПДВ.»
4. Усі інші умови залишаються незмінними.
5. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід"ємною частиною Договору № 4 від 11 лютого 2021 року.

1. Збільшити суму Договору № 4 від 11.02.2021 р. код за ДК 021:2015-15830000-5 – Цукор і супутня продукція (Цукор), на 17 699,76 грн. (сімнадцять тисяч шістсот дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 76 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році..
2. Внести зміни до пункту 3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: «3.1. Сума цього Договору становить: 110 856,63 грн. (сто десять тисяч вісімсот пятдесят шість гривень 63 коп.) без ПДВ.».
Кількість товару: цукор - 5106,93 кг.
