Note:
На підставі висновків Акта обстеження існуючої вентиляційної системи харчоблоку на предмет відповідності оновленому обладнанню Градизької гімназії імені Героя України Олександра Білаша від 30.12.2024 року комісії, та Акта оцінки стану загальних характеристик об’єкту на предмет відповідності «Загальних вимог відповідності реалізації проекту від МОН» від 24.01.2025 року комісії проєктною організацією ТОВ «МІС ПРОЕКТ» за всіма правилами складання проєктно-кошторисної документації, було здійснено коригування проєкту та виконано розподіл робіт по об’єктних кошторисах. З метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі відбулися зміни в Локальному кошторисі 02-01-07 «Вентиляція» та в Локального кошторисі 02-01-01»Ремонтно-будівельні роботи» (заміна плитки на підлозі та опорядження відкосів) ,що призвело в цілому до зменшення договірної ціни до договору № 401 від 18.10.2024року. Також згідно актів була виявлена необхідність виконання додаткових робіт, що не були враховані початковим проєктом, та частина робіт за основним договором технічно та технологічно неможливе для виконання без виконання спочатку додаткових робіт.
