Note:
1. Продовжити строк дії Договору на час, достатній Замовнику для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного – 2022 року та викласти п. 10.1. Договору у такій редакції:
“10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до моменту завершення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, а саме до 30.01.2022 р., а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення”.
2. Погодити збільшення ціни Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному у 2021 році (залежно від фактичних обсягів фінансування Замовника) і буде остаточно узгоджена Сторонами в окремій Додатковій угоді.
3. З огляду на викладене вище, Замовник підтверджує, що до моменту укладання додаткової угоди із відповідною сумою, видатки на мету, задля якої Сторони укладають цю Додаткову угоду, буде затверджено в установленому порядку.
