У зв'язку зі змінами ціни на нафтопродукти, на підставі п.5 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.4.3.4 Договору , Сторони домовились: збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, встановивши її у розмірі: Бензин А-92-29,82,грн./літр, паливо дизельне-28,80 грн./літр, зменшити ціну за одиницю товару, встановивши її у розмірі дизельна олива-39,00 грн./літр. В зв'язку зі змінами сторони домовилися зменшити кількість товару і кількість становитиме: бензин А-92-753л,дизельне паливо-6766л.

Кількість товарів: Бензин А-95 -250л., дизельне паливо-1110 л , дизельна олива-100л. Сума додаткової угоди 47202,00 в т.ч.ПДВ 7867,00. Загальна сума договору складе 283635,60 в т. ч. ПДВ47272,60 грн.
