Оператор ГРМ надав з 01 січня 2024 року по 31 січня 2024 року послуги з розподілу природного газу Споживачу (згідно Єдиного закупівельного словника ДК 021:2015 за кодом 65210000-8 Розподіл газу) в обсязі замовленої потужності 78,500 куб. м. 2. Тариф а послуги розподілу природного газу визначний Постановою НКРЕКП № 2767 ВІД 22.12.2022 р., становить 1,75 грн. за 1 куб.м на місяць(без урахування ПДВ), крім того ПДВ (20%) - 0,35 грн., разом 2,1 грн. за 1 куб. м. на місяць. Загальна сума вартості Договору на період з 01 січня 2024 року по 31.12.2024 року складає 1978,20 грн. (одна тисяча дев'ятсот сімдесят вісім гривень 20 копійок, в тому числі ПДВ - 329,7 грн. 3. Сторони дійшли згоди розірвати Типовий договір розподілу природного газу № 01/д-016 від 25.02.2016 р. з 01.02.2024 року, а останнім днем надання послуг з розподілу визначити 31.01.2024 р. включно. 4. Зобов'язання сторін в частині розподілу природного газу за цим договором припиняються з 01.02.2024 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків діють до їх повного виконання. 5. Дана угода укладена в двох оригінальних примірниках по одному для кожної Сторони, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Типового договору розподілу природного газу № 01/д-016 від 25.02.2016 р.
