В зв’язку зі зміною ціни за одиницю товару, що підтверджується ціновою довідкою Харківської торгово – промислової палати від 16.09.2020, № 1000/20, керуючись положеннями п. п. 5,6 Розділу Х Перехідних положень Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції 19.09.2019), ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції 25.12.2015), та п.п.12.5.2 п.12.5 Договору, сторони дійшли згоди викласти п. 5.1 Договору в новій редакції, а саме : Ціна за 1 кВт.год електричної енергії за цим договором становить 1,82929 грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ 0,36585 разом з ПДВ 2,19514 грн.
