«4.4. Загальна вартість Договору складає з місячних сум вартості фактичного поставлення обсягів газу Споживачеві в обсязі 26573,67 тис.куб.м. та становить 275569,05 грн. у т.ч. ПДВ 20%, згадно актів приймання-передачі, складених Сторонами протягом строку дії Договору». «8.7. - договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 31 січня 2020 року, а в частині постачання природного газу з 01 березня 2019р., в частині фінансових зобов’язань – до їх повного виконання Сторонами».

1. Продовжити строк дії Договору відповідно до частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», якою передбачено, що дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. 2. Пункт 1.2 доповнити наступним абзацом6 Постачальник передає Споживачеві природний газ у січні 2020 року в обсязі 9,327 тис.м.куб. 3. Загальна вартість. Даної додаткової угоди становить 96 727,21 грн. (Дев’яносто шість тисяч сімсот двадцять сім гривень 21 коп.)в тому числі ПДВ.
