Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни та викласти абзац перший пункту 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору є невід’ємною частиною Договору, є динамічною і становить 5 022 423,05 грн., з урахуванням ПДВ 837 070,51 грн., в тому числі: у 2017 році – 1 998 674,44 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ 333 112,41 грн.; у 2018 році – 0 грн. 00 коп. (фінансування робіт не здійснювалось); у 2019 році – 3 023 748,61 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ: 503 958,10 грн.
Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до ХІІІ Договору, що пов’язані із зміною розрахункового рахунку Таїровської селищної ради в ГУ ДКСУ в Одеській області.

Таїрове (5 черг) (ДК 021:2015 - 45454000-4 - Реконструція), з метою повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань, керуючись ст.ст. 6, 631, 651, 652, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, п. 117 Загальних умов укладення та виконання договорів підряду в капітальному будівництві, з метою дотримання вимог ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони вирішили підписати цю додаткову угоду
