Виходячи з наявних кошторисних призначень та відповідно до ч.1 ст.48 Бюджетного кодексу України, керуючись ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» згідно з умовами Договору №280002447 про закупівлю послуг з розподілу/передачі електричної енергії від «10» серпня 2021р.. (далі Договір), Замовник і Учасник вирішили, зменшити бюджетні зобов’язання за Договором на 163.67 грн (Сто шістдесят три грн. 67коп.), та погодились про те що станом на «23» грудня 2021р. бюджетні зобов’язання Замовника за вищевказаним Договором складають 43 876,33грн. (Сорок три тисячі вісімсот сімдесят шість грн. 33коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 7 312,72 грн.
