Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони уклали додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Доповнити розділ 3 Договору №63/Т/21 від 15.04.2021 року пунктом 3.1.1., та викласти його у наступній редакції: «3.1.1. Ціна договору для закупівлі додаткового обсягу послуги з утримання громадської вбиральні у 2022 році становить 109 155 грн. 00 коп. (сто дев’ять тисяч сто п’ятдесят п’ять гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ».
