Відповідно до ЗУ "Про теплопостачання", Постанови КМУ від 01.06.2011р. №869 "Про забезпечення єдиного підходу до формування тарифів на комунальні послуги" та підставі Рішення виконавчого комітету Криворізької міської ради від 18.10.2023р. №1273 сторони домовилися внести зміни в договір №177 від 01.02.2023р. , а саме: "Тариф на теплову енергію для категорії споживачів "бюджетні установи" встановлюються в розмірі: 4334,06 грн. за 1Гкал з ПДВ".
Зміни в реквізитах Теплопостачальної організації.
