1. У відповідності до пункту _1_ ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” п. 3.1 розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти (місцевий бюджет) викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 966 664 (дев’ятсот шістдесят шість тисяч шістсот шістдесят чотири) грн. 37 коп., у тому числі: ПДВ 161 110,73 грн., що в натуральних показниках складає 78 884 м.куб. (78 684 м.куб. за тарифом 12,252 грн. з ПДВ 20% та 200 м.куб. за тарифом 13,14 грн. з ПДВ 20%) з яких:
- за рахунок кошторисних призначень 965 929 (дев’ятсот шістдесят п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять дев’ять) грн. 25 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ 160 988,21 грн. (в натуральних показниках разом складає 78 824 м.куб. – 78 624 м.куб. за тарифом 12,252 грн. з ПДВ20% та 200 м.куб. за тарифом 13,14 грн. з ПДВ20%);
- за рахунок відшкодування орендарів 735 (сімсот тридцять п’ять) грн. 12 коп., у т.ч. ПДВ 122,52 грн. (60 м.куб. за тарифом 12,252 грн. з ПДВ20%).
