Сторони домовились внести зміни до пункту 3.1. Договору, виклавши в наступній редакції:
«Замовник сплачує Виконавцю кошти за здійснення технічного нагляду та виконання функцій замовника за передбаченим п. 1.1. даного договору, що становить 19 635,00 грн. (Дев’ятнадцять тисяч шістсот тридцять п’ять гривень) з єдиним податком 5%, без ПДВ.
Вартість робіт на 2024 рік складає 5193,30 грн. (П’ять тисяч сто дев’яносто три гривні 30 копійок);
Вартість робіт на 2025 рік складає 8860,00 грн. (Вісім тисяч вісімсот шістдесят гривень);
Вартість робіт на 2026 рік складає 5581,70 грн. (П’ять тисяч п’ятсот вісімдесят одна гривня 70 копійок).»
Сторони домовились внести зміни до пункту 5.1. Договору, виклавши в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання його сторонами і діє до 31.12.2026 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами взяти за даними Договором зобов’язань. »
