Note:
1. Керуючись статтею 48 Бюджетного кодексу України та на підставі пп. 4.9.1 та 4.9.3 Договору, Замовником беруться бюджетні зобов'язання щодо оплати обсягів робіт в межах суми 1 991 013,17 грн (Один мільйон дев’ятсот дев’яносто одна тисяча тринадцять гривень 17 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ: 331 835,53 грн згідно Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 17.02.2021 року № 122 (зі змінами).
2.Відповідно до п. 4 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та абз. 2 п. 5. 1 та п. 11.2 Договору, Сторони домовились продовжити строк надання послуг і абз п. 5.1 та п. 10.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
