Внести відповідні зміни до договору, що містяться в Розділі IV п.4.1 абзац 1 Договору «Порядок здійснення оплати» у наступній редакції:
- попередньої оплати в розмірі 50% ( загальної вартості Товару) безготівкового перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника після підписання Договору та протягом 7 (семи банківських днів з моменту (дати) отримання рахунку-фактури), згідно абзацу першого, підпункту 3, пункту 1. Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 року № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти».
