Note:
1. «Замовник» та «Виконавець» дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору від 09.12.2021№136/2.
2. Замінити пункт 4.5договору від 09.12.2021№136/2 з (Термін надання послуг за цим Договором - до 20.12.2021 року.) на (Термін надання послуг за цим Договором - до 31.03.2022 року).
3. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов'язання.
4. Дана Угода складена у двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
5. Дана Угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання його сторонами.
