Note:
1. У зв’язку зі зменшенням загальної кількості товару, на підставі ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 11.2. Договору, Сторони домовилися зменшити вартість договору на 75,96 грн. (сімдесят п’ять гривень 96 коп.).
2. У зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягу закупівлі Додаток №1 до Договору – Специфікацію викласти у новій редакції, що додається до цієї Додаткової угоди.
3. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 2 371 732,20 грн. (Два мільйони триста сімдесят одна тисяча сімсот тридцять дві гривні 20 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 20% – 395 288,70 грн. (Триста дев’яносто п’ять тисяч двісті вісімдесят вісім гривень 70 коп.)
