Керуючись пп. 8 п. 9.5 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. 2. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання сторонами та скріплення печатками і діє до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань, але не довше 28.02.2023 року.
