Замовник та Виконавець, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 1від 08.01.2020 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 1273605,15грн (один мільйон двісті сімдесят три тисячі шістсот п’ять грн, 15 коп.) без ПДВ в тому числі загальний фонд 600 000,00 грн (шістсот тисяч грн, 00 коп), спеціальний фонд 673 605,15 (шістсот сімдесят три тисячі шістсот п’ять грн, 15 коп).
