1.Збільшення тарифу на послуги з водопостачання згідно Рішення виконавчого комітету Лозуватської сільської ради №146 від 14.06.2024р. «Про затвердження тарифів на послуги з централізованого водопостачання, що надаються Лозуватським житлово-комунальним підприємством» керуючись пп.7 п.19 Особливостей, внесення змін до пп.4.4 та пп.4.7 Договору;
2. Зменшення суми договору на 0,45 грн. та зменшення кількісного показника обсягу централізованого водопостачання з метою приведення обсягу послуг з централізованого водопостачання до цілих одиниць (м. куб.), керуючись пп.1 п. 19 Особливостей;
3. Коригування лімітів на централізоване водопостачання у зв'язку із виробничою неохідністю відповідно до пп.3 п. 19 Особливостей.
