Керуючись п.5 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" №922 -VІІІ від 25.12.2015. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 356682,35 грн ,та внести зміни до абзацу 4-го п.37 "Розрахунки за користування теплової енергією" та викласти його в наступній редакції : Сума договору ,згідно діючих тарифів складає 905724,65 грн. з ПДВ Всі інші умови Договору 576/10 "С" на відпуск теплової енергії у вигляді гарячої води від 24.01.2019 не зачеплені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними.
