Change of the consumer price index established by state statistics bodies in accordance with legislation, change of foreign currency exchange rate, change of exchange quotations or Platts indicators, regulated prices (tariffs) and norms applied in the procurement contract, in case of establishing the procedure for changing the price in the procurement contract
Note:
1. У зв’язку із затримкою фінансування витрат замовника, на підставі п. 10.2. Договору МК-000813 від 19.08.2019 р. та п. 4 ч. 4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» внести зміни до п. 10.1. Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції: «10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до «31» грудня 2020 року, а в частині здійснення своїх зобов’язань Сторонами - до повного їх виконання.» Залишок заборгованості по Договору на 2020 рік складає 112100,00 грн. (Сто дванадцять тисяч сто грн. 00 коп.). Загальна сума Договору залишається незмінною та становить 122100,00 грн. (Сто двадцять дві тисячі сто грн. 00 коп.) 2. У зв`язку з набуттям чинності постанови Правління НБУ України від 28.12.2018 №162 «Про запровадження міжнародного номера банківського рахунку (IBAN)» Сторони домовилися внести відповідні зміни до договору про закупівлю та викласти реквізити, що містяться в Розділі XII “Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити сторін» Договору № МК-000813 від 19.08.2019. у наступній редакції: -=ПРОДАВЕЦЬ=- Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «МОТТО КАРД» 01042, м.
