Note:
1. Сторони за взаємною згодою погодили продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт (надання послуг), а саме поточний ремонт благоустрою КНП «4-та МП м. Львова» по пр. Червоної Калини, 68, без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю та відповідно викласти п. 3.2 Договору в наступній редакції: «3.2. Підрядник зобов’язаний виконати послуги з поточного ремонту, визначені цим Договором та додатками до нього до 30.11.2020 р. (відповідно до календарного графіка виконання поточного ремонту (Додаток 3 до Договору). 2. Інші умови вищевказаного Договору, не змінені цією Угодою, залишаються чинними у тій редакції, в якій вони викладені Сторонами раніше, і сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.
