Відповідно до ст.57 Бюджетного кодексу України не пізніше 31 грудня поточного бюджетного періоду або останнього дня іншого бюджетного періоду Казначейство України закриває всі рахунки, відкриті у поточному бюджетному періоді для виконання бюджету, тому необхідно внести в пункт 2.1. договору про закупівлю № 20 від 27.09.2019 року зміни щодо фінансування, виклавши вказаний пункт в такій редакції:
Загальна вартість наданих послуг (ціна договору) за цим договором становить: 220 600,00 грн. (двісті двадцять тисяч шістсот грн. 00 коп.) грн. без ПДВ, у тому числі по роках:
- 00,00 грн. – фактичні обсяги видатків замовника в 2019 році;
-220 600,00 грн. (двісті двадцять тисяч шістсот грн.00 коп.) - фактичні обсяги видатків замовника в 2020 році.
Вказані зміни у Договорі не призводять до збільшення суми, визначеної у Договорі.
