Note:
Під час оприлюднення Додаткової угоди №4 до Договору № 2021/3 від 24 березня 2021р. Уповноваженою особою було здійснено помилку – підкріплення Додаткової угоди не до коректного договору (з даним постачальником укладено декілька договорів щодо надання послуг). У зв’язку з тим, що здійснено оприлюднення даної Додаткової угоди на електронному майданчику та відсутня можливість видалення Додаткової угоди з даного договору, є необхідність врегулювати дане питання, а також питання строку дії Договору, адже внаслідок оприлюднення Додаткової угоди строк Договору було продовжено до 31.03.2022 р.
