Керуючись п.1 част.4 ст. 36 Закону україни «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, сторони внесли зміни до Договору № 26-Д від 29 січня 2019 року .
Після внесених змін кількість товару становить:
Бензин А-92 у талонах та паливною карткою (смарт-картка або інше) – 18 160,0 літрів;
Бензин А-95 у талонах та паливною карткою (смарт-картка або інше) – 35 572,0 літрів;
Бензин А-95 Premium у талонах та паливною карткою (смарт-картка або інше) – 40 167,78 літрів;
Дизельне паливо у талонах та паливною карткою (смарт-картка або інше) – 5 700,0 літрів;
загальна сума Договору № 26-Д від 29 січня 2019 року становить 2 732 131,47 грн. (два мільйони сімсот тридцять дві тисячі сто тридцять одна грн. 47 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 455 355,25 грн. (чотириста п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч триста п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 25 копійок).

Після внесених змін строк дії Договору № 26- Д від 29 січня 2019 року подовжено до 31.03.2020 року.
