Вартість робіт (договірна ціна), що доручені для виконання Генеральним підрядником, згідно умов договору про закупівлю робіт №8-19 від 16.04.2019 р., встановлюється динамічною та становить 28 710 000 гривень 00 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 4 785 000, 00 грн., в т.ч. на 2023 рік - 6 422 658 гривень 00 коп., в т.ч. ПДВ20% - 1 070 443, 00 грн. 2. Сторони договору погодились внести зміни в ст. 20 Договору, доповнивши реквізити Генерального пдрядника. 3. Термін виконання Генеральним підрядником робіт, що є предметом Договору - по 31.05.2023 року.
