Керуючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.12.1 п.п2 Договору домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару, не більш як на 10% у звязку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку , та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору.(ціна за одиницю 25,30грн)
