Сторони, керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні
закупівлі», пункту 11.4 розділу 11 Договору №2 про закупівлю послуг від 21 січня 2021 року та
Додатковою угодою №2 до Договору №2 про закупівлю послуг від 21 січня 2021 року,
домовились збільшити вартість Договору №2 про закупівлю послуг від 21 січня 2021 року на 64
584,00 грн. (шістдесят чотири тисячі п’ятсот вісімдесят чотири гривні 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що не
перевищує 20% від ціни Договору №2 про закупівлю послуг від 21 січня 2021 року та викласти
пункт 3.1. розділу 3 Договору №2 про закупівлю послуг від 21 січня 2021 року в новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору встановлюється в національній валюті України та становить
387 504,00 грн (триста вісімдесят сім тисяч п’ятсот чотири гривні 00 копійок) без ПДВ.».
У зв'язку з технічною помилкою відповідно до Протоколу №42/19-29 від 24 січня 2022року відкореговано електроні поля зміни до Договору відповідно до Додаткової угоди № 3/
