У зв’язку з недостатністю бюджетного фінансування для виконання робіт/надання послуг за Договором у повному обсязі, на підставі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке подовження, керуючись п. 4 ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди подовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2019 року.
Внести зміни до п. 5.1 Договору замінивши «31 грудня 2018» на «31 грудня 2019» та п.10.1 Договору замінивши цифри на 31.12.2019.
