Керуючись ч. 6 Статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору про закупівлю в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, що складає: 216 217,05 грн (двісті шістнадцять тисяч двісті сімнадцять гривень 05 коп), в т.ч. ПДВ – 36 036,18 грн (тридцять шість тисяч тридцять шість гривень 18 коп) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі
