У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, з метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі відповідно до потреб Замовника, з врахуванням коливання цін на ринку, згідно положень пунктів 1, 2, 3 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі, пункту 11.3 Договору Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди та погодили Специфікацію (додаток №1 до Договору) та пункт 3.1 (суму договору) викласти в оновленій редакції.
