Внести зміни до п 3.2 Розділу 3 "Ціна і загальна сума даного договору" та викласти в наступній редакції: Постачальник гарантує незмінність ціни на поставлену Продукцію з момету поставки її за місцем призначення до момента використання Замовником поставлених талонів (катрок). Ціна договору становить: 536396,16 грн. (П'ятсот тридцять шість тисяч триста девяносто шість гривень 16 копійок, у т. ч. ПДВ 89399,36 грн). Загальна вартість договору може бути змінена в залежності від реального фінансування або потреби Замовника".
Внести зміни до Додатку №1 до договору (специфікація) та викласти в наступній редакції: "Специфікація"
Бензин А-95 - 300 л - 300 талонів - 30,00 грн - 9000,00 грн;
Бензин А-92 - 200 л - 200 талонів - 27,00 грн - 5400,00 грн;
Дизельне паливо - 400 л - 40 талонів - 25,98 грн - 10392,00 грн;
Бензин А-95 - 1979 л - 200 талонів - 30,00 грн - 59370,00 грн;
Бензин А-92 - 4795 л - 480 талонів - 28,98 грн - 138959,10 грн;
Дизельне паливо - 11277 л - 1128 талонів - 27,78 грн - 313275,06 грн;
Разом з ПДВ - 536396,16 грн
Усі інші умови Договору, не обумовлені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються без змін. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання Сторонами і є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
Додаткову угоду складено у двох оригінальних примірниках українською мовою, які мають однакову юридичну силу для кожної із Сторін.
Дана Додаткова угода складена на підставі довідкт Запорізької Тогово-промислової палати Серія ЗС №0201905
