У зв’язку із набуттям чинності з 01 січня 2022 року Постановою НКРЕКП № 2454 від 01.12.2021 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2022 рік», керуючись п.7 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зміни встановленого згідно із законодавством органами державної статистики індексу споживчих цін, зміни курсу іноземної валюти, зміни біржових котирувань або показників Platts, ARGUS регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, що застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю, у разі встановлення в договорі про закупівлю порядку зміни ціни). Змінений тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії є складовою ціни на електричну енергію, що поставляється за Договором, в зв'язку з цим , змінюється ціна за 1 кВ*т
