Відповідно до пункту 3.3 Договору сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 1842 грн.06 коп. Пункт 1 додаткової угоди №3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «сума, яка не перевищує 20 % від суми, визначеної в п. 3.1. Договору (зі змінами) складає 3974,96 грн. з ПДВ. (Три тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят чотири грн.96 коп.)» Пункт 2 додаткової угоди №3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Кількість товару (послуг або кількісні характеристики виконуваних за даною Додатковою угодою) 1640 кВт.год.» В зв’язку з виконанням всіх зобов’язань Сторони домовились припинити дію Договору №1114 від 02.03.2017 року з моменту підписання Даної додаткової угод
