З метою продовження терміну дії договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг, відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України (зі змінами), Інститутом було проведено переговорну процедуру закупівлі та опубліковано Звіт про результати проведення закупівлі від 23 січня 2020 року на суму 720 000 грн. Однак, під час підписання з ТОВ "Київські енергетичні послуги" додаткової угоди від 22 січня 2020 року №41757019 ПУ-Т120 сума закупівлі склала 720 001 грн за рахунок здійснення арифметичного заокруглення.
