У зв"язку з припиненням дії Договору №327/21 про закупівлю природного газу від 28.01.2021р. (далі - Договір), керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням факичного обсягу видатків замовника), Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяг закупівлі та відповідно суму Договору на 785 701,58 грн. та внести зміни до Договору наступним чином: обсяг -45 450 куб.м., загальна сума становить 295 378,42грн. в тому числі ПДВ -49 229,74грн.
