Сторони Договору прийшли до взаємної згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме згідно пункту 10.5 Договору № 99 від 28 листопада 2019 року на виконання ст. 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015, № 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» продовжити дію договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року на 20 відсотків від суми, визначеної у договорі.
