Note:
Сторони домовились згідно ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (№922-VIII від 25.12.2015 в редакції, що діяла до 19.04.2020 року) внести зміни до пункту 13.1. Договору та продовжити термін дії Договору № 54 від 18.02.2020 року до 31 березня 2021 року. Дія договору про закупівлю продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.

Сторони, домовились внести наступні зміни до договору № 54 від 18.02.2020 року та уклали дану Додаткову угоду до Договору в зв’язку з його пролонгацією до 31 березня 2021 року згідно додаткової угоди №2 від 31.12.2020 р. на підставі ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (№922-VIII від 25.12.2015 в редакції, що діяла до 19.04.2020 року): «Дія договору про закупівлю продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку».
