Керуючись носмами п ч 5 ст 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закувлі"Сторони вирішили продовжити строк дії договору та строк виконання зобовязань щодо виконання робіт у звязку із виникненням документально підтверджених обєктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме введеня воєнного стану відповідно у Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 року №64/2022 "Про введення вонного стану в Україні", які засвідчені Торгово-промисловою палатою України (№2024/02.0-7.1 від 28.02.2022 року) як форс мажорні обставини (обставини непереборної сили). Враховуючи вищезазначене Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії договору на 2023 рік.
