У зв’язку із коливанням ринкової ціни товару: молоко коров’яче питне пастеризоване, згідно з кодом ДК 021:2015 - 15510000-6 «Молоко та вершки» , що підтверджується інформаційною довідкою Хмельницької Торгово-промислової палати № 22-05/451 від 07.07.2022 року, листа Постачальника та відповідно до ч. 2 п. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 10.4 розділу 10 Договору № 10/02/3 від 10.02.2022 року (далі – Договір) Сторони домовились про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару на продукцію, що постачається відповідно до укладеного договору, не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, не збільшуючи суми договору.
