Note:
Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди:
1. Абзац 2 Пункту 2.1. розділу 2 «Предмет договору» викласти в наступній редакції:
«Загальна кількість товару (код за ДК:021:2015: 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія» (універсальна послуга)) за цим Договором складає 23264 кВт∙год»
2. Пункт 5.3 розділу 5 «Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії» Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«Ціна на електричну енергію визначається Постачальником у разі дотримання умов надання універсальних послуг, визначених у пункті 3.1 глави 3 цього Договору та у відповідності до методики (порядку) розрахунку ціни на електричну енергію, затвердженої Регулятором. Сума Договору становить 75903,47 грн (сімдесят п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот три гривні 47 коп.) з ПДВ – 12650,58 грн з урахуванням оплати послуг оператора системи розподілу електричної енергії».
