Сторони, керуючись п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", умовами п.п. 1.3.2 Договору, у зв`язку із коливанням ціни товару на ринку, домовилися змінити ціну на одиницю товару шляхом збільшення на 10% без збільшення суми Договору та зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. Викласти Спеціфікацію до Договору у новій редакції
