У зв’язку із підвищенням роздрібних цін на ринку нафтопродуктів та відповідно до пункту 2 частини 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII (із змінами, в редакції Закону №114-IX від 19.09.2019, ВВР, 2019, № 45, ст.289) та умов Договору Сторони дійшли згоди підвищити ціну за одиницю товару та зменшити суму Договору, внести зміни до п. 3.1. договору та Специфікації (Додаток № 1).
