Укласти додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору на початок 2020 року, відповідно до п. 5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Сторони дійшли до згоди продовжити дію даного Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року Договору в обсязі, що не перевищувати 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, а саме до «31»грудня 2020 року.

Продовження строку дії договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок 2020 року відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Подовжити строк дії договору до 31 січня 2020 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, а саме 117078,76 грн. з ПДВ, визначеної в Договорі суми, укладеному в попередньому році.
