Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити ціну договору на 20,00 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ. ПДВ 3 грн. 33 коп. (три грн. 33 коп.), та викласти пункт 3.1. у новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 199 480 грн. 00 коп. (Сто дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч чотириста вісімдесят грн. 00 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 33 246 грн. 67 коп. (Тридцять три тисячі двісті сорок шість грн. 67 коп.). Розрахунок суми наводиться в Додатку №1 (Специфікація), який є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору.
2.Внести зміни в Додаток 1 (Специфікацію) до Договору № 436 від 09.08.2021 року та викласти його в новій редакції:
